Hi ich bin Chris alias DJ ChrisAnova

Ich erblickte das Licht der Welt im Winter 1978 in Berlin.

Seid ende der 80’er Jahre höre ich elektronische Musik.
Ich wurde damals von Freunden drauf gebracht, die immer irgendwelche tapes aus Amerika hatten mit den neuesten Sounds von Dancefloor Music bis zu Acid House und House.
Seid dem bin ich dem 4/4 takt verfallen.
Im laufe der Jahre tauchte ich immer mehr in die Szene ein und ging dann ab 1993 auch auf partys wie zum Beispiel zur Mayday und Love Parade und in Clubs wie Bunker, E-Werk, WMF, Tresor und Hirschbar.
1996 wurde ich von Freunden auf eine Goa Party mitgenommen und war von da an völlig von dem Sound infiziert, so energetische, verspulte Music hatte ich vorher nicht gehört.

Mit dem auflegen hab ich ca. 1995 angefangen, damals noch House und Acid. Und seid 1996 auch Goa und Psytrance.
Die erste party auf der ich aufgelegt hatte war im Sommer 2000, ein Open Air Festival von Zang do Palri. Ein 7 Tage Festival irgendwo in Brandenburg bei Berlin.

Darauf folgten dann im Winter einige Bookings in Berlin z.B. bei den Pangea Lounges auf der Insel.
Ich fand immer mehr Kontakte zu Veranstaltern und habe dann mit ein paar guten Freunden im Herbst 2000 den Traumbazar gegründet.
Eine Plattform für Leute die sich kreativ entfalten wollen.
Es gab ein Deko Team, einen Chaishop, VJ’s und DJ’s.
Wir veranstalten seit dem Partys in Berlin meist 2-3 mal pro Jahr.

Im Winter 2001 haben DJ Sake und ich das DJ Team Psykaholiks ins leben gerufen.
Seid dem spielen wir regelmäßig zusammen auf Partys in ganz Deutschland.

Ich habe auf den Verschiedensten Open Air und Indoor Partys gespielt mit Acts wie Atomic Pulse, Azax Syndrom, Altom, Alternative Control, Bizzare Contact, Broken Toy, Commercial Hippies, Cosmic Tone, Cosmosis, Damage, DJ Alpha, Electric Universe,  Eskimo, Exaile, Exanimo, DJ Edoardo, Feuerhake, Hara Gobi, Manmademan, Kindzadza, Menog, Naked Tourist, Noma, Parasense, Penta, Perplex, Protoculture, Pixel, Psychotic Micro, Psycraft, DJ Rica Amaral, Sirius Isness, Skazi, Space Buddha, Space Tribe, Spectra, Star-X, Sub6, Talamasca, Tikal, Vibe Tribe, Void, Wrecked Machines, Xenomorph, Xibalba und viele mehr.

Im Winter 2005 und im Winter 2006 war ich mit DJ Sake in Brasilien unterwegs. Dort haben wir dann auch auf einigen partys in diversen Clubs und Open Air partys gespielt. Es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung für uns, mal in einem land wie Brasilien zu spielen. Sehr erlebnisreich und irgendwie total anders als hier in Deutschland.

Man könnte meinen Sound als sehr trancig, energetisch, kraftvoll, verspult und sehr Acid lastig beschreiben.

Außerdem spiele ich auch gerne mal im Chillout. Da gibt’s von mir dann so eher Downbeat, Trip Hop und psychedelic Trippy tunes zu hören.

Meine Lieblings Acts sind im Psytrance Bereich sind Acts wie Infected Mushroom, Astrix, Sub 6, Pixel, X-Noize, GMS, Wrecked Machines, Shanti, Alternative Control, Psydrop, Ibojima, Space Buddha, Electric Universe, Space Cat, Perplex und viele mehr. Hauptsächlich Full On Psychedelic Trance.
Und im Ambient bzw. Chillout Bereich sind da Acts wie Violet Vision, Spongle, Sanjiva, Kruder und Dorfmeister, Tosca, Infected Mushroom, Healer, Fettes Brot, Die Fantastischen Vier und alles was schön groovig ist.

Hi i am Chris alias DJ Cassis

I was born in the winter of 1978 in Berlin, Germany

I listen to electronic dance music since the end of the 80’s.
Some of my best friends gave tapes with dancfloor and acid house music to me. That was the time when i was infected with the 4 to the floor beats.

Since 1993 i went to many partys for example Mayday and the Love Parade and i went to many clubs like the legendary E-Werk, Tresor, Bunker, WMF, Lawine, Hirschbar and many more.
In 1996 some of my friends took me to a Goa Party in Berlin. It happend at the Hirschbar, one of the best Clubs for Psychedelic Trance in Berlin.
It was the time when i was infected to Psychedelic Trance. It was so amazing for me.

I started to play music with records in 1995. first House and Acid music and in 1996 i bought my first psytrance records.
In the summer of 2000 i had my first gig.It was on a 7 days psytrance festival, called zang do palri psychedelic camp, in the near of berlin.

A few months later i got some more bookings in berlin. For example at the pangea lounge partys at „die Insel“.
Some of my friends and me formed in the autumn 2000 the platform traumbazar.
That platform is for people who want to be creative.
We had a decoration team, a chaishop, vj’s and dj’s.
We organized 2-3 times a year a nice party in berlin.

My friend dj sake and me were creating in the winter of 2001 the psykaholiks dj team.
We play now mostly together on open air and indoor partys all over germany.

We played with some of the most leading acts from all over the world like

In january 2005 and the january 2006 i was in brazil together with my friend dj sake. We played there many times at indoor and open air partys. it was a very amazing trip for us to play in a country like brazil.
We hope to get much more bookings all over the world.. cause we love to travel.

the music i play is very melodic, energetic, powerfull and groovy. Mostly with nice acid sounds.. that are my rules!
My favourite artists in the moment are Infected Mushroom, Astrix, Sub 6, Pixel,
X-Noize, GMS, Wrecked Machines, Shanti, Alternative Control, Psydrop, Ibojima, Space Buddha, Electric Universe, Space Cat, Perplex and many more. mostly Full On Psychedelic Trance and sometimes progressive trance.. when i play progressive, i like artists like d-nox, beckers, ticon, freq, andre absolut and so on.

I also like to play at the chillout. sometimes i have nice bookings and i play Violet Vision, Spongle, Sanjiva, Kruder und Dorfmeister, Tosca, Infected Mushroom, Healer, Bluetech and so on. Mostly more groovy stuff.
